If any return approved by the company it will take 7 wokring days
If any refund approved by the company it will take 7 wokring days to credit to your original source account
Exchange product will be delivered to your location within 7 working days
You may request a return or exchange if:
You received a defective or damaged product
You received the wrong item
To be eligible:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Tags must remain attached. Returns may be declined if tags are removed or missing.

Packaging Guidelines
Please return the item in its original packaging, just as it was delivered.
Important: In Case of Damaged Packaging
If the packaging appears damaged or tampered, please refuse the delivery immediately.
If the delivery is accepted, please provide:
An unboxing video OR
Images of the packaging (before and after opening)
This must be submitted within 24–48 hours of delivery.
For cuts or defects in the product, please ensure you send:
A clear video or images of the product and intact packaging
Within 24–48 hours of receiving the item
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items valued over ₹10,000, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
